Capturing a moment of the human experience through wellness, photography, and art.
My Practice
I have a strong passion for making connections and aspire to share my practice and journey in an inclusive and approachable way by teaching in community spaces (both physically and/or virtually).
Throughout my teaching journey, I've learned about common injuries and the importance of incorporating injury prevention and rehabilitation into daily life and yoga practice. I offer modifications, hands-on adjustments, and optimizations that cater to any level of yoga experience.
Inclusivity & Accessibility
Initially I fell in love with yoga not only because of the community, but also because of the mind-body connection. Yoga has taught me to appreciate the fact that each individual has their own unique practice and is going through their own journey through life, and to never compare.
I began my yoga journey in 2019 after a 16-year career in competitive athletics. By 2022, facing injuries and career challenges, I pursued a 200-hour yoga teacher training supported by a BIPOC scholarship. This opportunity inspired me to promote inclusion and accessibility in yoga.
My approach focuses on injury prevention and longevity through muscle-focused sequencing. I believe in the power of proper guidance to help everyone reconnect with their mind and body. I offer modifications, hands-on adjustments, and options for all experience levels, providing private yoga instruction, group classes, and corporate wellness sessions.

My creative journey began in my formative years with doodling and taking various art history and photography classes. Sharing my work online led to an uptick in community interest, which sparked the creation of TeeanaFC. What started as making candles in my kitchen evolved into a passion for film photography and watercolor, allowing me to share the creative, right-brain side of my experience.
Teeana F. C. - Yoga instructor, photographer, artist, creative
I am a passionate, multi-hyphenate, permanently curious creative. I believe that every practice has intention, and with that, I am constantly adding to and weaving the tapestry of my life. I am a strong supporter and champion of community, a value that resonates in both my yoga community and my creative agency.
"Tee" is an homage to my grandfather, Huang Xing Ti, who migrated from Fujian, China, while "ana" pays tribute to my Filipina grandmother, Angelina Reyes. This harmonious blend, coupled with a subtle acknowledgment of my familial heritage—complete with my middle name, Fuster, and last name, Cotangco—brought teeanafc to fruition.
I serendipitously discovered the poetry of my Vinyasa yoga practice during a time of introspection and exploration. Through slowing down my physical practice and exploring moving meditation, I fell in love with the flow.
The vivid realm of my artistic journey sprouts from my enchantment with one of my most antiquated possessions: my film camera. The magic of capturing moments in film, paired with the curiosity and expressive nature of watercolor and sketching, inspired me to create.
